Catholic Studies Electives for College Credit

Through a partnership between St. Thomas More University Parish and Christendom College, our college students are able to take part in for credit courses on the Catholic tradition. These undergraduate elective courses are offered through the Christendom Graduate School of Theology. Course credit is awarded by Christendom College. Partial scholarships are available on a limited basis from St. Thomas More.

Courses assume no prior experience. Students from any field of study are welcome.

Students who complete 15 credits with Christendom@BGSU are eligible to receive a pre graduate Certificate in Catholic Thought and Culture from Christendom. Additionally, they may go on to pursue an accelerated MA at Christendom Graduate School.

Natural Family Planning (NFP) is fertility awareness which empowers married couples to effectively achieve or postpone pregnancy according to God's plan for marriage and family life. NFP classes and fertility support are available in Bowling Green either in individual or small group settings. Classes are perfect for engaged couples, married couples, and anyone looking to learn more about their God-give fertility!

Sympto-Thermal Method

Creighton Model & NaPro Technology

There are two Creighton FertilityCare practioners in Bowling Green:

1. Jana Bechstein, MPH, runs St. Gerard's FertilityCare in Bowling Green. She can be reached by email or by phone.

2. Caroline Strzesynski, WHNP-BC, is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner at Falcon Health and regularly meets with Creighton FertilityCare clients at St. Tom's She can be reached by text or phone call.

All of our students and permanent community members have access to thousands of movies, programs, audio, and books at no cost to the individual! Our parish has purchased a subscription to Formed which allows individuals, families, and groups of friends to explore the riches of our faith on their schedule and in the way that they best like to learn!
